It’s time to quiet that inner critic.
Online therapy for Creatives throughout California
Therapy is an essential space—
not simply for 'solving problems,' but for deepening your connection to self, purpose, and process.
For creatives, the act of creating is as complex as it is sacred. You work in a world where imagination must be boundless, emotions accessible, and resilience ever-present in the face of numerous rejections. It has been my honor and privilege to support many of the extraordinary voices behind film, television, and the fine arts—writers, showrunners, filmmakers, directors, actors, costume designers, and creative executives. Each has a unique journey, yet all share the vulnerability and intensity that the creative life demands.
I understand that to be a creative professional means navigating the challenges related to art and commerce, self-doubt, rejection, work/life balance and uncertainty. Whether you’re immersed in the quiet solitude of writing a spec script or coordinating with others on a complex set, the process is uniquely yours—and it deserves a space of reflection and support. Together, we can address your inner blocks, reignite your imagination, and nurture resilience so you can remain grounded through each creative season.
Reconnect with the art of creating, unburdened, inspired, and fully present.
Here, you don’t have to produce or perform; you can simply be.
If you’re developing your eighth season or wrestling with your first big script, I’m here to help you connect deeply with your creative potential and sustain the passion and skill that brought you to this moment.
Whether you’re seeking renewed inspiration, addressing burnout, or cultivating emotional depth, therapy is where the artist within can flourish. I’ll be here to celebrate your successes and sit with you in the pain of your failures. With me, you can step out of the spotlight and be fully seen.
Therapy can help you to:
Access a wellspring of new perspectives.
Reconnect with your authentic motivations.
Rediscover your creative flow.
Explore the deep-seated questions of worth and belonging that creativity awakens.

Balancing schedules and work-life demands can feel like an endless challenge in the creative world. The short answer is yes, we can make therapy work, but it might look a bit different depending on your needs. If you need to schedule week by week to accommodate a hectic shooting schedule, we can do that. If you’re traveling for weeks or months, we may need to pause—or maybe not, depending on your location and the regulations in different states or countries.
The key thing to know is that your shooting schedule doesn’t mean the end of our work together. I’m here to help navigate these complexities with you. Therapy with me is about engaging fully in the messy, beautiful journey of being human—wild schedule and all.
